A small but SPICY Kettlebell studio where their mission is to make you STRONGER! KB&CO offers small group classes where technique and quality is the focus. They believe in coaching(!) and strive for every student to build a foundation of skill, mobility, flexibility, and strength before load and speed. They also believe in recovery and scaling workouts to fit your body's needs that day. It's not always, and usually never, about how big or how fast one can perform but rather how controlled and solid your grind feels.
100% of KB&CO instructors, AKA their Kettlebell Guru's, are Strong First Certified , making them experts on not only Kettlebells but movement and recovery for strength training.
KB&CO is an all inclusive, female owned studio by Head Coach Leandra Branch who has a background in Physical Therapy, giving everything they do method to the madness!

KB&CO is an all inclusive, female owned studio run and founded by Head Coach Leandra Branch. Leandra, the Kettle-devil, has a background in Physical Therapy, and is one of three SFG II instructors in the front range… which means there is A LOT of method to the madness here at KB&CO!
