OUR OWNERS
Kettlebell & Co. is run by Kettlebell fanatics Leandra Branch and her husband Benjamin Howard.
Kb&Co. offers clients a one-of-a-kind personal experience with expertise that goes beyond making you sweat! We believe that within a fun, supportive, inspirational and educated environment, anyone can be STRONG!
LEANDRA BRANCH, OG Kettle-Devil
Founder · Head Coach
Leandra Branch has been swinging kettlebells, building strong humans, and causing sore glutes since 2013.
As one of only a handful of StrongFirst SFG II instructors in Colorado, she's obsessed with helping people move better, get stronger, and discover what they're truly capable of. Her coaching philosophy is simple: strength is a skill, technique matters, and every body deserves expert coaching.
Leandra is regularly invited to assist at StrongFirst certifications, helping coach and evaluate future kettlebell instructors alongside some of the most respected strength professionals in the industry.
She founded Kettlebell & Co. to create the kind of gym she wished existed: a place where all ages, all bodies, and all experience levels are welcomed, challenged, and celebrated. A place where quality comes before ego, community matters, and strength is built one solid rep at a time.
Known for her sharp coaching eye, spicy cues, and uncanny ability to fix a movement pattern in seconds, Leandra helps clients train hard, move well, and stay strong for life.

BENJAMIN HOWARD, Kettle-Daddy
Coach, Creative, Flow-Master
Ben is an artist, an athlete, and a creative force behind much of what makes KB&CO so special. From eye-catching t-shirts to clever stickers and inventive workouts—if it looks good or makes you smile, chances are Ben had everything to do with it.
But he’s not just a design wizard—Ben is also a seriously skilled mover. Freakishly coordinated and endlessly energetic, Ben has made Kettlebells his playground. Known for his signature smooth flows and high-energy coaching style, Ben keeps classes fresh, fun, and always challenging. Every “BenHow sesh” is a creative blend of movement, rhythm, and motivation that’ll keep you guessing and progressing.

DIXIE ROBERTS, Kettlebell Goddess
Coach, Performer, Queen Bell-Slinger
Dixie Roberts has been swinging kettlebells for nearly a decade, first cutting her teeth with the divine ninjas at Mark Fisher Fitness—where she learned not just how to swing a bell, but how to do it in a tutu. (Don’t ask... or do!)
After moving to Denver in 2018, she found a new home with Leandra and the KB&CO crew, continuing to refine her skills and build community. Dixie brings not only strong technique but a fierce passion for inclusivity and accessibilityin the fitness world. Her motto? Kettlebells are for everybody—and every BODY.
When she’s not lifting heavy things, she’s chasing around her son, Jack, or spending time with her husband. Oh—and did we mention she’s a professional opera singer? Yep, ask her about how singing and kettlebell swinging are more alike than you think.

ELIOT LANDRUM, Kettle-Lord E
Coach, Mover, Vibe Curator
Eliot’s kettlebell journey has been nothing short of epic—and we’ve been lucky to witness it every step of the way. He first joined KB&CO during the pandemic, tuning in via Zoom, and has since evolved into a skilled and certified SFG instructor.
His obsession with proper form is no coincidence—it's the secret behind his serious strength gains. Eliot leads by example, teaching through movement rather than words, all while bumping bomb beats to keep the energy high.
When he’s not coaching, you’ll find him living life to the fullest—traveling, hitting up music festivals, exploring new eats, supporting the local brewery scene, and staying connected with the community he loves.

MR. BALOO, MISS MONA BEAN & HARLAN
The Emotional Support Coaches
Every great gym has its cheer squad—and at KB&CO, ours comes with fur, tiny kettlebells, and plenty of attitude.
Mr. Baloo is our wise, veteran mascot and the original Kettlebell pup. He’s happiest in his designated “spot,” soaking up the A/C while we sweat it out. A bit of a snob (in the best way), Baloo selectively doles out greetings to his OG favorites—but don’t take it personally. The more you show up, the more he warms up. Loyalty earned.
Miss Mona Bean is our resident sweetheart and expert cuddle bug. She has zero concept of personal space and will smother you in love and kisses if you let her. That said, her listening skills are... a work in progress. For that reason, Mona doesn’t make gym appearances as often as she’d like (blame the management).
Harlan, aka the Littlest Bell Beast, joined the crew in 2019 and was basically born with a kettlebell in hand. He’s got his own set, thank you very much, and regularly impresses the squad with his squats, planks, and "swings." A little shy and delightfully moody, Harlan loves his gym “friends” and takes his role as Mini Mascot very seriously.
Not a fan of furry or tiny humans? No worries at all—just let us know if you have allergies or would prefer a fur-free zone during your visit. We get it, no judgment.
