Your starting point at Kettlebell & Co.
In this two-session intensive, you'll learn the six foundational kettlebell movements—Swing, Clean, Press, Squat, Get-Up, and Snatch—along with the skills, terminology, and technique used in our group classes. Upon completion, you'll be cleared for all KB&CO classes and receive a complimentary 7-day trial week to put your new skills into action.
Mighty Six Foundations
At Kettlebell & Co., we deliver expert coaching from day one.
Our Mighty Six Foundations program is offered monthly and is a two-session intensive designed to teach you the skills, terminology, and movement patterns used in our group classes.
You'll learn the six foundational kettlebell movements, receive hands-on coaching from StrongFirst-certified instructors, and gain the confidence to train safely and effectively with kettlebells.
Upon completion, you'll receive a complimentary 7-Day Unlimited Trial Week to put your new skills into action and experience everything Kettlebell & Co. has to offer.
