Mighty Six Foundations

Your starting point at Kettlebell & Co.

In this two-session intensive, you'll learn the six foundational kettlebell movements—Swing, Clean, Press, Squat, Get-Up, and Snatch—along with the skills, terminology, and technique used in our group classes. Upon completion, you'll be cleared for all KB&CO classes and receive a complimentary 7-day trial week to put your new skills into action.

DoubleFisting

Take your kettlebell training to the next level.

Double kettlebell training develops total-body awareness, improves symmetry between dominant and non-dominant movement patterns, challenges stability, and allows you to safely handle greater loads. Expect cleans, presses, squats, carries, and complexes designed to build serious strength, resilience, and confidence under the bells.

Heavy Metal

Just like the name implies—we GO BIG.

Heavy Metal is our strength-focused class built around moving heavier kettlebells with exceptional technique. Expect presses, squats, cleans, carries, and plenty of opportunities to build real-world strength. At KB&CO, we believe you're only as strong as your form, so quality always comes before load. Chalk up, focus in, and let's build some serious strength.

Swing

The heartbeat of kettlebell training.

This class is dedicated to mastering kettlebell's most powerful and versatile movement. Develop explosive power, core strength, endurance, mobility, and resilience while refining your technique. Whether you're new to the swing or looking to sharpen your skills, this class will make every other kettlebell movement stronger.

Get Up

Slow down. Pay attention. Get stronger.

The Turkish Get-Up is one of the most effective movements for building strength, stability, mobility, and body awareness. This class focuses on movement quality, breathing, coordination, and control under load. Expect thoughtful coaching, intentional practice, and a deeper understanding of how strength is built from the ground up.

Iron Sandwich

Where strength and conditioning meet, sandwich style.

Iron Sandwich layers kettlebell skills together into dynamic flows that challenge both endurance and strength. Expect swings, cleans, presses, squats, carries, and creative combinations designed to keep you moving, sweating, and smiling. It's one of KB&CO's most beloved classes for a reason—equal parts grit, skill, and fun.

Beast Flow

Anything flows. Bring your inner beast.

Beast Flow is where we unleash the full toolbox. Expect a mind boggling kettlebell flow, paired with the trap bar, sled, pull-ups, carries, box jumps, and whatever else helps us build stronger, more capable humans. Some days lean toward strength, some toward conditioning, and some are a little bit of both. Every program is different, but the mission remains the same: move well, work hard, and have fun doing it.
